All members with a rank of bloopy or above will be allowed to make 2 wishes a month for anything they want.
Like the neopian wishing well, the higher of a donation the wisher makes to the wishing well, the more likely they are to get their wish granted. Members can donate to the wishing well by buying junk items from the wishing well shop marked at 1005np, 2500np, 5,000np, 10,000np, 15,000np and 20,000np. Daily the shop history will be reviewed by Lab and she will keep record of who donated what amount.
When the members want to make a wish, they must neomail Pag_Wishing_Well and say what their wish is for or fill out the form below. Lab will also keep record of the wishes made and how much was donated toward that wish.
On the final weekend of the month (probably the last Friday meeting of the month), Lab will discuss with the rest of the council/subcouncil all the wishes she received, how much each wisher donated towards their wish, and the council/subcouncil will decide what 2 wishes will be granted that month. The wishes are not only based by how much funding we have towards the wish, & donations you made, but by how active of a member you are. The more active you are, the more likely your wish will be granted.

There is a secondary program part of the guild wishing well, it is called the Make-A-Wish Fundation aka The Guild Wishing Well Funding Program. This program is designed to help fund members in good standing with the guild achieve their goal of buying a more expensive item, that the wishing well itself may not be able to afford.
At the end of the month, when all the wishes made are discussed, the council/subcouncil will also decide upon which two expensive wishes should be funded. This will work very similar to the guild's lab ray funding program - any member can donate neopoints to help fund the person or persons of their choice, and at the end of the month, the two fundees will be instructed to put up a junk trade where their funding "money" will be sent. And people who donated to help the fundee's out, will also receive alittle something as a thank you for helping out.
This half of the program will be run by _____, and the account he will run it from is called PAG_Fundation.
